Depending on your device, finding your download can sometimes be a bit confusing. Here are some instructions:

  1. Order Confirmation Email: After purchasing the video from our Shopify store, you should receive a download email with the subject “Your downloads are ready”.

  2. Locate Download Link: In that email, you will find a download link provided. Click on this link to begin the download process. If you cannot find the email, please reach out to our customer support for assistance.

  3. Downloading the Video: Once you click on the download link, a new tab or window may open in your web browser. The video file will start downloading automatically. If it doesn't, you might see a prompt asking if you want to save the file. Confirm this prompt to start the download.

  4. Choose Download Location: Depending on your device, you may be prompted to choose a location to save the downloaded file. Select a location that is easily accessible and where you can remember, such as your desktop or a specific folder.

  5. Wait for Download: The download process may take some time depending on the size of the video file and your internet connection speed. Please be patient and do not close the download window or tab until the download is complete.

  6. Locate Downloaded File:

    • On Computers/Laptops: Most downloads are saved in your computer's "Downloads" folder by default. You can also use your computer's search function to find the file by its name.

    • On Mobile Devices (Android/iPhone):

      • On Android devices, swipe down from the top of your screen to open the notification panel, then tap on the completed download notification to access the file.

      • On iPhones, open the "Files" app and navigate to the "Downloads" folder to find the downloaded file.

  7. Playback:

    • On Computers/Laptops: Double-click on the downloaded file to open and play it. Your computer should automatically use the default media player or prompt you to select a compatible app to play the video.

    • On Mobile Devices (Android/iPhone): Tap on the downloaded file to open and play it. Your device should automatically use the default media player or prompt you to select a compatible app to play the video.
