Technical Support:

By now, you should have received your download link. If you haven't found that yet, it should have come to you an email with the subject: “Your downloads are ready”.

Because there are two videos inside, the file you download comes in .zip format. Depending on your device, these files aren't always automatic to open.

Here are instructions to download and open your file on different devices:

Windows:

  1. Locate the ZIP file: You can usually find it in your Downloads folder.

  2. Double-click on the ZIP file to extract its contents.

  3. Double-click on the desired MP4 video file within the extracted folder. This should automatically launch your default video player, typically "Videos" app.

  4. If double-clicking doesn't work, right-click on the video file, select "Open with," and choose your preferred video player.

Mac:

  1. Locate the ZIP file: You can usually find it in your Downloads folder.

  2. Double-click on the ZIP file to extract its contents.

  3. Double-click on the desired MP4 video file within the extracted folder. This should automatically open the video in "QuickTime Player."

Android:

1. Locate the ZIP file:

  • Open the "Files by Google" app. This app comes pre-installed on most Android devices, but you can download it from the Google Play Store if needed.

  • By default, downloaded files are saved in the "Downloads" folder. Look for a file with the name of the video and a ".zip" extension.

2. Extract the ZIP file:

  • Tap and hold on the ZIP file.

  • Select "Extract" from the menu.

  • Choose a destination folder where you want the extracted files to be saved. You can use the default location suggested or create a new folder.

3. Play the video file:

  • Tap on the extracted folder containing the MP4 files.

  • Tap on the desired video file. This should automatically launch your default video player, typically the "Videos" app.

iPhone/iPad:

1. Locate the ZIP file:

  • Open the "Files" app, which comes pre-installed on all iPhones and iPads.

  • Look for a folder named "Downloads" or similar. This is where downloaded files are usually saved. If you downloaded the ZIP file through an email attachment, it might be located in the "Mail" folder within the Files app.

2. Play the video file:

  • Tap on the ZIP file. The ZIP file will automatically extract to a new folder with the same name within the same location.

  • Tap on the desired MP4 video file within the extracted folder. This should automatically open the video in the "Videos" app.

Additional Tips:

  • Make sure your device has enough storage space to play the video files smoothly.
